PADUCAH, Ky. (Aug 2, 2021) – Paducah-McCracken County 911 reports a fatality crash is blocking U.S. 60/Clarks River Road on Paducah's Southside.
The crash involving a truck and a passenger vehicle is at U.S. 60 mile point 18.5 at the west end of the Clarks River Bridge near Walker Boat Yard Road.
Estimated duration is 4 hours.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
Police have U.S. 60 eastbound blocked at KY 1954/John Puryear Drive. U.S. 60 westbound is blocked at the U.S. 60/U.S. 62 Intersection at the end of the Ledbetter Bridge.
Suggested detour is via I-24 between Exit 16 and Exit 11 or via KY 284/Benton Road.
