Milton-Madison Bridge Routine Inspection

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 25, 2021) –The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of a routine inspection of the Milton-Madison Bridge taking place in Trimble County next week. Inspectors from a consultant engineering firm will be performing the assessment of the structure, which carries U.S. 421 across the Ohio River from Milton, Ky. to Madison, In. This inspection will take place beginning on Tuesday, June 1, and is scheduled to be complete on Friday, June 4. Inspectors will be on or around the bridge daily between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. No lane closures are anticipated.
