Resurfacing project on KY 118/Hyden Spur in Leslie County starts Monday
Traffic will be reduced to one lane while work is in progress
MANCHESTER, Ky. (May 18, 2019) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists traffic will be reduced to one lane on KY 118/Hyden Spur in Leslie County starting Monday, May 20.
Crews will be resurfacing KY 118/Hyden Spur, constructing a left turn lane into Kentucky Veterans Cemetery South East and changing the striping to include a left turn lane into the Leslie County Bus Garage, Leslie County Maintenance Facility and the Leslie County Detention Facility.
Motorists should expect delays and avoid the route if possible. Drivers should slow down and use extra caution when approaching and traveling through the work zone.
