Public Meeting to discuss plans for a proposed conservation subdivision on 69 acres located on the south side of Aiken Road, east of Forest Pointe Lane, to be known as “Stapleton Ridge”

Redwood Management Co., Inc. out of Beachwood, Ohio, will be hosting a public meeting to share their plans for a proposed conservation subdivision on 69 +/- acres located on the south side of Aiken Road, east of Forest Pointe Lane, 15528, 15310 and 15314 Aiken Road, to be known as “Stapleton Ridge.”

This meeting will be held on Thursday, August 21, at 7:00 p.m. at Lakewood Baptist Church, 13803 Shelbyville Road to discuss the plan and to answer any questions or concerns neighbors may have.

If you cannot attend the meeting but have questions or concerns, please call the applicant’s attorney, Bill Bardenwerper, at 426-6688, or their land planning and engineering firm representatives David Mindel or Kathy Linares, Mindel Scott & Associates at 485-1508.
