I hope you had a wonderful Easter and this joyous day was a blessed time for you and your family. From visiting with the "Big E.B." at the Star Rest egg hunt, to delivering baskets at Yorktown Apartments, I enjoyed several opportunities to celebrate with constituents during the Easter season. It was also my pleasure to take part in the Lions Club annual breakfast and Egg Hunt last week, which was well attended in spite of the rain.

With so much happening here in District 13, our office was delighted to see our spring print newsletter go out last week. The print newsletters we do twice a year are an important way to let people throughout the district know what's happening and what projects my office is working on. We're already getting calls--which we welcome--from folks who wanted to follow up as a result of information they saw in the print version of The Grapevine. If you did not receive a print newsletter, please let us know and we'll be happy to get one out to you.

Park Rd., will give free clothes to anyone who needs them the first Sunday of each month. Donations of good, used clothing are welcome. For information, go to www.shareandwearministry.org or call Stephanie Hodge at 777-6704.
