I am pleased to be partnering again this year with Brightside, Solid Waste Management and Berrytown Family YMCA in this year's cleanup in Berrytown on Saturday, October 27 from 9:00 AM to noon.

Volunteers will gather at the YMCA Berrytown Family Branch located at 1300 Heafer Road at 9:00 AM.  Groups will choose their own locations to clean in Berrytown while Brightside supplies the needed trash bags, t-shirts and gloves.  Brightside will also arrange for waste pickup with Solid Waste Management Services.

If you are interested in joining us for the Berrytown cleanup, please call Melanie Cox, Berrytown Family YMCA Executive Director, at 244-6187 or email mcox@ymcalouisville.org to sign up as an individual participant or to register a group.

It is not necessary to sign up to participate in the cleanup.  We still need more volunteers!  You can help me recruit more volunteers by forwarding this email to your family, friends, church, neighborhood and other groups.
