Berrytown Cleanup 2011
I am pleased to be partnering again this year with Brightside, Solid Waste Management and Berrytown Family YMCA for this year's cleanup in Berrytown on Saturday, October 27 from 9:00 AM to noon.

Volunteers will gather at the YMCA Berrytown Family Branch located at 1300 Heafer Road at 9:00 AM.  Groups will choose their own locations to clean in Berrytown while Brightside supplies the needed bags, t-shirts and gloves.  Brightside will also arrange for waste pickup with Solid Waste Management Services.

If you are interested in joining us for the Berrytown cleanup, please call Melanie Cox, Berrytown Family YMCA Executive Director,  at 244-6187 or email mcox@ymcalouisville.org to sign up as an individual participant or to register a group.

If you are interested in forming a cleanup group for your neighborhood, please click here to register online, and join the thousands of volunteers who are helping Brightside make Louisville clean and green!

The Supply Pickup date is Saturday, October 13. The first 100 groups who pick up their supplies will receive a special volunteer appreciation gift.
