The Next Floyds Fork Public Meeting is July 24, 2012 - Please Note the Location Change to Middletown Elementary


What: Public Meeting to Discuss the Development of a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Water Quality Model for the Floyds Fork Watershed

Who: The Kentucky Division of Water (DOW) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region IV in Atlanta, Georgia

When: Tuesday, July 24, 2012, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Where: Middletown Elementary School Cafeteria
            218 North Madison Avenue
Louisville, KY 40243

Why: The Kentucky DOW and EPA Region 4 will present information regarding the ongoing TMDL development process in the Floyds Fork watershed. This will include presentations about the current monitoring, TMDL model development, the formation of a technical sub-committee and an update regarding the stakeholder engagement process.  DOW will also provide an update about the Floyds Fork bacteria TMDL.

City of Middletown Special Meeting Thursday, June 28, 2012

The Mayor & Commissioners of the City of Middletown have called a Special Meeting for Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 6:00pm in the Community Center located at 11700 Main Street.
The planning Commission DRC Committee’s recommendation of approval of the revised plan and binding element amendment will be presented to the Middletown City Commission.  Public comment will be taken.
