 Good Neighbor Awards
We are so excited about our second annual Good Neighbor Awards! This year, it will take place at The Heritage (1901 Park Road), behind Shively City Hall, on November 29th from 1pm-3pm.
The 2nd Annual Good Neighbor Awards will be hosted by Alexis Matthews with WLKY, and we will have a grazing board, a DJ, a photographer, and special awards!
Please nominate your good neighbors HERE!
You may nominate your neighbor online, via a phone call to the office, or by a paper ballot (please let the office know if you would like a paper ballot! We can be reached at 502-574-1103).

The National Homelessness Law Center has selected Councilwoman Parrish-Wright as the recipient of our 2025 Local Legislator Award. She will be honored later this month in Washington, DC.
Per the National Homeless Law Center:
"You were nominated for this nonpartisan award by Law Center staff members in recognition of your bold leadership and lifelong commitment to justice, equity, and community empowerment. The non-partisan Local Legislator Award was created in 2022 to recognize important work at the local level to advance policy solutions to end homelessness. The inaugural honoree was Los Angeles Councilmember Mike Bonin."
