The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is conducting a planning study to determine transportation needs and to consider ways to improve safety, reduce congestion, and improve multi-modal transportation options along US 31E from the Bullitt County Line to KY 1065 (Beulah Church Road/Seatonville Road), including the I-265 (Gene Snyder Freeway) interchange. KYTC has contracted with HMB Professional Engineers, LLC, Inc. to conduct the study.
The Consultant has compiled a summary of existing conditions and transportation-related needs in the project corridor. Based on that information, along with input from stakeholders, elected officials and the general public, they have developed potential improvement concepts.
This meeting will offer an overview of the concepts and will provide an opportunity for you to give feedback regarding those proposals. This is an open house style meeting and not a formal presentation, so feel free to stop by at anytime during the open house timeframe.
