 Councilwoman Hawkins had the privilege of visiting Mr. Fears Classroom on February 22, 2024 in honor of Ms. Fears' annual Black History Month celebration. Ms. Fears connects with distinguished African American members of the community to come and meet her first grade class and read a book to her wonderful students.
This opportunity was truly an honor to be invited to meet Ms. Fears and her class in honor of Black History Month 2024.
