Neighborhood Meeting for a proposed residential subdivision on the north side of Old Heady Rd, along and west off 265.

Dear Neighbor:

We are writing to notify you about an upcoming "neighborhood meeting" regarding the above referenced property. The property was previously approved for 47 townhome multi-family residential units, however the new proposal is for 15 single family subdivision lots instead of the townhome plan. The applicant/ developer for the proposed subdivision is Arbor Homes (Elite Homes).

In accordance with the procedures of Louisville Metro Planning and Design Services, we are inviting you to discuss this proposal before an application can be filed. This will be an informal meeting to give you the opportunity to review the proposed plan and discuss the proposal with the develop or his/her
representative. This meeting will be held in addition to the established public meeting procedures of the Planning Commission and/or Board of Zoning Adjustment.
