Metro Clean Collaborative Crew Update

Over the last two weeks the Clean Collaborative Crew removed 658 bags of litter, 22 tires, and 170 other items from 310.5 curb miles and completed 7 service request.

Since January 2023, the Clean Collaborative Crew has completed 321 service requests and removed 11,373 bags of litter, 680 tires, and 4,140 other items from 3,860.05 curb miles.

If you see an area that needs to be cleaned, please report it to our office via email at Chris.Lewis@louisvilleky.gov. Please be as specific as possible with the exact location that needs attention.

The Parks Alliance of Louisville is pleased to announce tickets for their largest fundraiser of the year are now on sale. Jack O’Lantern Spectacular presented by Thorntons has become an annual tradition for Louisvillian’s and visitors alike.

Jack O’Lantern Spectacular, presented by Thorntons, is celebrating its 11th year from October 3-31 at Iroquois Park.  This year’s theme is “Wanderlust: The World is Your Pumpkin,” and will feature skits and scenes from travel destinations from across the country and around the world. Guests can weave their way through the woods and visit national parks, ancient wonders of the world, and other “bucket list” destinations. Attendees should be prepared to enjoy re-creations of Route 66, the Grand Canyon, ancient pyramids, and Merry Olde England.“
