Troop 306 Works to Clean up District 18

Scouts representing, BSA Troop 306 from St. Margaret Mary, are working on their Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge this fall. As part of their work, Scouts are required to participate in 8 hours of service helping a local non-profit. Last weekend, nine scouts examining the role of government, non-profits and volunteering worked to pick up little along streets near Shelbyville Road. This work included helping to remove 5 large bags of trash from the right of way on Christian Way next to Oxmoor Center. We would like to thank these scouts for their work to improve our community.
