The Downtown Drive-In is an outdoor movie night series, taking place at Brown-Forman Amphitheater on select Friday nights through October.
Movies will begin at sundown, with the amphitheater open an hour before to allow guests to grab their spot in the theater. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase with beer from Ten20 Brewery, lemonade from Amiracle Ade Company, and gourmet popcorn from Froggy's Popcorn. Movie-goers are also welcome to bring blankets and lawn chairs to the viewing.
This Friday's movie is Black Panther, rated PG-13.
No tickets are required for the outdoor film screenings, but guests are encouraged to arrive early to save their spot. The Downtown Drive-In events are weather dependent.

LEGO lovers unite! Brick Convention is the ultimate event for LEGO lovers of all ages! The numerous play areas treat fans of all ages to a day of hands-on fun, games, and life-sized LEGO models.
Attractions include amazing LEGO creations to gawk at, meet-and-greets with professional LEGO artists, and vendors selling the latest LEGO accessories, sets, mini-figures, and even retired and hard-to-find LEGO.
A portion of the proceeds from each Brick Convention is donated to Creations for Charity. Creations for Charity is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that buy new LEGO sets for underprivileged children around the world during the holidays.

The ninth annual Ladies of the Links golf tournament directly benefits the Golf FORE Girls programs at First Tee Louisville. The Golf FORE Girls Program is led by female coaches and role models, the program is designed to empower and inspire girls on the golf course, in the classroom, and as they pursue college and careers. The program provides them with the confidence and skills to become tomorrow’s leaders.
The Ladies of the Links golf tournament is the largest fundraiser for the Golf FORE Girls program. This scramble is reserved for females only, as it gives women a comfortable and friendly environment to play a competitive round of golf in, all while benefiting our Golf FORE Girls Program.

Every Tuesday in July
Each Tuesday in July, dine around and dine in with the new fundraising initiative by Apron Inc.! The Dine Around Dine In Club will give Louisville foodies the opportunity to try several restaurants while helping to raise money for grants for independent restaurant workers.
For every $100 Dine Around Dine In Club meal for two, the restaurant will donate $20 to Apron Inc.
How it works: Restaurants will determine a prix fixe meal (Suggested Soup/Salad/App, Entree, Dessert, and 1 Welcome Cocktail per person) and will determine the number of meals being offered for that night. Diners will also receive a special lapel pin.

Each Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. experience Food Truck Wednesdays at 4th Street between Jefferson and Market Streets! Louisville Downtown Partnership has curated many amazing food trucks to serve lunchtime patrons each Wednesday!
The street will be closed off to vehicular traffic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each week. Food trucks will serve food from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Every Thursday through October
The Food Truck Clinic is a one-stop-shop where food and beverage vendors can get the green light from the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness, Louisville Division of Fire and Jefferson County Fire Service, and Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) to legally sell food and drinks to the public.
Every Thursday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., from now until Oct. 19, food trucks and other mobile vendors can stop by the alley at Armory Place, behind the Metro Development Center to get their permits to operate.
The Food Truck Clinic not only benefits vendors, but community members, too. Each Thursday, the public is invited to the clinic to enjoy food and beverages after food trucks get the go ahead to open.
