Cirque Italia is bringing a world of fantasy, with its upcoming Paranormal Cirque III, slated for six performances July 6th through 9th at Lynn Family Stadium's Gray Lot!
Paranormal Cirque III has been called a "sensual journey of acrobatics, contortion, aerial acts and more with death-defying stunts, creepy creatures and haunting performances."
"Horrifying yet seductive," this show comes to life under the mysterious white and black Big Top Tent with hypnotic and sultry acts. From zombies to erotic witches; sexy vampires to gruesome ghosts, and everything in between, there's no shortage of terrifying beings in this show.
This event is recommended for mature audiences. Due to adult content, this is an age-restricted event. Anyone under 17 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Children under 13 won’t be permitted at the event.

Bring the family out for a fun night of dancing to fun upbeat music at FridayFest in Highview Park featuring The Sheryl Rouse Band!
The Sheryl Rouse Band is a high-energy cover band. She has been compared to the likes of Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle, and Aretha Franklin and has performed with artists such as: Al Green, Eddie LeVert, Shirley Murdock, and so many others all across the United States.
The evening will also feature music by The Get Down; a 60's inspired instrumental group, performing a wide variety of music ranging from the early 60's surf rock era to TV and movie theme songs, plus covering a number of pop and rock vocal hits in a unique fashion.
FridayFest is free and open to the public. Local vendors and food trucks will be on hand with a variety of food options, and people are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket to enjoy the show at Highview Park.

Each month, artists and shops of the Mellwood Art Center open their doors so you can explore and shop with them for unique handmade goods, fine art, and more!
Guests can enjoy dinner at Danny Mac’s Pizza or Soul Hi Vegan and try unique craft brews at Butchertown Brewing. Find opportunities to try new things, buy art, and just learn about what’s going on in the arts community at Mellwood!
Pets on-leash are allowed in the facility, but individual businesses or studios may have restrictions on animals for health and safety reasons.
This month, you can also check out a solo exhibition by Angela New in the Pigment Gallery from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

On the First Friday of every month, many Downtown art galleries, shops, boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment hot spots stay open for extended hours. They will offer specials, sales, refreshments, and live music.
Explore over 40 unique boutiques, artists, galleries, eateries, and more along the First Friday Hop route!
Parking is free on the street after 6 p.m. and you can catch a ride with TARC, jump on a BIRD or LIME scooter or LouVelo bike, or just walk to all the main hop locations. Downtown also offers a variety of ride-sharing options for getting around to each gallery.

Groove on over to TEN20 Craft Brewery in Butchertown for the Latin Night Silent Disco! One of three of the music channels will be dedicated completely to a wide variety of Latin music, with the other two channels featuring Hip Hop and Pop/Decades.
From salsa to bachata, merengue, kizomba, cha cha cha and much more, DJ Andrea of the Ville Casineras will keep you dancing all night long. You are sure to find something you like.

Women in Golf Day began as an event in 2021, and celebrates the achievements women have made in the golf industry.
Women in Golf Day strives to inspire young female participants by introducing them to women who work a variety of jobs in the golf industry - demonstrating that even if they do not play professional golf, there are many avenues golf can provide for someone who finds enjoyment in it.
Women in Golf Day features panelists who will answer questions from an audience, show off their golf skills, and play games with the participants! The event also has games, prizes, and food.

Clash of the Cocktails will kick off this year's NuLu Summer Fest on Tuesday, July 11th at Lou Lou on Market!
Bartenders from NuLu bars and restaurants will demonstrate their cocktails to a panel of judges while guests sample the competitor's entries alongside appetizers and live entertainment from the Small Batch Brass band. The winning bartender will receive a $500 cash prize.
Clash of the Cocktails will offer limited tickets for sale to the public for $75. Get your tickets here.
The public will have the opportunity to select the best cocktail during The People’s Choice Competition, which will take place between July 12th and 21st at the competitors’ bars and restaurants for seven days.
Voting will take place online through The Scout Guide Louisville and the winning cocktail will be announced during NuLu Summer Fest on July 22nd.

Everyone loves playing cornhole at Against the Grain downtown, including their own employees! So, what better way to bring everyone together than a Cornhole Tournament!
Come and put your skills to the test at this low-stakes, fun-filled cornhole tournament. There will be three games set up to accommodate a winner’s bracket, a loser’s bracket, and then extra fun for those that just want to toss ’till they die.
It’s free to register. Simply show up at 6:30 p.m. on July 12th for registration. Gameplay begins at 7 p.m.
Show up with a team of two (2) and you’re guaranteed a spot. Arriving solo is allowed and you will be paired with any other individuals who show up solo to play as well. The tournament is first come first serve and will be observing the American Cornhole Association's rules.
Must be 21+ to enter. No outside food or alcohol.

Each Tuesday in July, dine around and dine in with the new fundraising initiative by Apron Inc.! The Dine Around Dine In Club will give Louisville foodies the opportunity to try several restaurants while helping to raise money for grants for independent restaurant workers.
For every $100 Dine Around Dine In Club meal for two, the restaurant will donate $20 to Apron Inc.
How it works: Restaurants will determine a prix fixe meal (Suggested Soup/Salad/App, Entree, Dessert, and 1 Welcome Cocktail per person) and will determine the number of meals being offered for that night. Diners will also receive a special lapel pin.

Every Thursday through October
The Food Truck Clinic is a one-stop-shop where food and beverage vendors can get the green light from the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness (LMPHW), Louisville Division of Fire and Jefferson County Fire Service, and Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) to legally sell food and drinks to the public.
Every Thursday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., from now until Oct. 19, food trucks and other mobile vendors can stop by the alley at Armory Place, behind the Metro Development Center to get their permits to operate.
The Food Truck Clinic not only benefits vendors, but community members, too. Each Thursday, the public is invited to the clinic to enjoy food and beverages after food trucks get the go ahead to open.

Each Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. experience Food Truck Wednesdays at 4th Street between Jefferson and Market Streets! Louisville Downtown Partnership has curated many amazing food trucks to serve lunchtime patrons each Wednesday!
The street will be closed off to vehicular traffic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each week. Food trucks will serve food from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
