BIKE! Cycle 15.7 miles from the Great Lawn out to Iroquois Park and back! The roads will be closed for you to safely traverse and there will be individuals riding along to help with any roadside assistance.
Look for the riders in the yellow reflective vests or red Louisville Bicycle Club jerseys. They are there to assist with any roadside needs and to help us remember and abide by the rules of the road.
For those who do not own a helmet, the Brain Injury Alliance of Kentucky will be on the Great Lawn fitting 500 helmets. The helmets were generously donated by the Louisville Metro Department of Transportation.

PADDLE! Paddlers will have the option of launching at the Harbor Lawn or the U of L Boat Docks and paddle downstream to meet the other paddlers. If you are launching from the Harbor Lawn, a pebble beach has been created to help you guide your boat into the water without slipping!
If you need assistance with your boat, be sure to arrive before 9 a.m. (roads close at 9 a.m.) Drive to the Green Lot (289 River Road) and look for the "Paddle Drop Off" sign. One of our incredible volunteers with the 502 Dragon Boat Community will be there to assist you with getting your boat to the water. Paddlers must then move their vehicle to another location to park during the event.
This year’s paddle will go from the Harbor Lawn upriver to Beargrass Creek and traverse to the Beargrass Creek Pump Station. The paddle will be led by River City Paddle Sports.
