In today's newsletter, we mistakenly included a map of Sudbury Lane rather than the correct SUNBURY LANE, which is the subject of a zoning case coming up. Please take note that the application was for a change on SUNBURY Lane. We have corrected the map below. The other information in the notice was accurate before and in this corrected edition.

7901 SUNbury Lane | Short Term Rental
Barrett Goff plans to submit a Conditional Use Permit application for a short term rental at the property known as 7901 Sunbury Lane, Louisville, Ky 40220. This is currently a single family residence considered to be a “Tri-level” style home. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home has a driveway and an attached 2 car garage which can in total hold 6 cars.
In accordance with the procedures of Louisville Metro Planning and Design Services, we have been directed to invite you to discuss this proposal before an application can be filed. This will be an informal meeting to give you the opportunity to review the proposed plan and discuss the proposal with the developer. This meeting will be held in addition to the established public meeting procedures of the Louisville Metro Board of Zoning Adjustment. The meeting to discuss this development proposal will be held on:
Tuesday 1/31/23 at 6:00 PM and the location for the meeting is Heine Brother’s, 3965 Taylorsville Rd., Louisville, Ky 40220.
At this meeting, Barrett Goff will explain the proposal and then discuss any concerns you have. We encourage you to attend this meeting and to share your thoughts
