Dear Neighbor,
On Saturday, November 12, we will host our first Town Hall meeting in the new 26th District. You and all residents of our district are welcome - and encouraged - to attend. Here are the details:
26th District Town Hall Meeting
Saturday, November 12, at 9:30 am
Buechel Park Baptist Church 2403 Hikes Lane
We will have leaders from many Louisville Metro Government Agencies, including:
- Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD)
- LMPD 6th Division, Maj. Arnold Rivera
- Public Works, Asst. Director Jeff Brown (roads)
- Solid Waste Management
- Develop Louisville/Planning and Design Services, Director Emily Liu
- Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD)
- Metro Parks (invited)
We will open the meeting with remarks and discussions of two important topics for our neighborhoods and families.
After the opening discussions, we will break into one-on-one meetings between you and whomever you wish to discuss any concerns with.
We will wrap up the meetings and conversations by 11:30am.
All residents of our district should have received a mailed postcard announcing the meeting. We look forward to seeing you on 11/12 @ 9:30am.
