Michelle Young at opening

The District 10 office was on hand to help celebrate the grand opening of  Health Careers Training Institute LLC (HCTI) Thursday.

Congratulations to Michelle Young, RN, and CEO of HCTI, at left with a Metro Proclamation honoring the occasion.

She saw the need for quality, affordable healthcare training and made it happen.

Young has more than 10 years of nursing experience in various settings, with her most prized role as Nurse Educator. She cultivates compassion, caring, respect and integrity in the students she serves, values necessary in healthcare.

Young helps her clients tap into their potential through engaging and creative teaching styles in affordable programs. HCTI offers a three-week training program for Nurse Assistants (CNAs) as well as CPR training, first aid training, job placement assistance, and payment plans.

We wish her much success with the institute. Read more about Health Careers Training Institute here and consider making a contribution to the scholarship fund. HCTI is at 1450 Gardiner Lane, Suite E.
