Due to the overwhelming demand for this program, the Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) will be accepting new applications on Friday, July 1, 2022, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. ONLY. If an insufficient number of applications are received on July 1, then the application window will reopen.
Typically, the office receives hundreds of applications a day and is only able to fund 365 applications this year. For this reason, OHCD is limiting the application window.
Three ways to apply
Applications will not be available before the application window opens, and once the maximum number of applications has been received, the application process will be terminated.
