Dear Neighbor:

We are writing to invite you to a meeting we have scheduled to present neighbors with our R-4 density potential transfer subdivision to allow 250 single-family lots on approximately 117 acres on the above referenced property.

Accordingly, we will file a preliminary plan for review with the Division of Planning and Design Services (DPDS) that will be assigned a case number and case manager. We would like present this plan to you so that we might hear what thoughts you may have.

In that regard, an in-person meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East located at 1530 Alliant Ave., Louisville, KY 40299.
