5. "After the meeting" instructions Beta Equity Investments LLC, the applicant, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to establish a Pet Suites commercial kennel at 9017 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, Kentucky. In 2017, the 1.05-acre Property was rezoned from OR3, Office Residential to C-3., Commercial for use as a martial arts studio and medical offices within a two-story, 14,996 square foot building. That use was never pursued by the owner. The associated development plan approved in support of those uses contained 5o parking spaces. The applicant proposes plans for a one-story, 10,935 square foot building and 20 parking spaces for the Property, a significant reduction in needed parking from the prior-approved use for the Property.
