The Office of Community Development is issuing a Solicitation of Interest ("SOI") for vacant lots in the Russell Neighborhood located at 2008-2014 West Muhammad Ali Blvd and the Portland Neighborhood located at 2613 Portland Ave. The deadline to submit proposals is December 15, 2021, at 5:00 pm.
