World Championship Dainty Contest
Above, Councilman Mulvihill attempted to hit the Dainty Monday at the Dainty Contest.
Congratulations to Mike Cook, the World Championship Dainty Contest winner for 2021, with an impressive hit of 128 feet Monday evening.
Many Dainty fans braved the heat Monday to enjoy the contest, Vendor Village, food trucks, and band. Thanks to Jennifer Chappell, Schnitzelburg Area Community Council President and the SACC for a successful first annual Dainty Fest and for their work in expanding this cherished neighborhood event.
The inaugural Dainty Fest started with a Dainty FUNdraiser at the Merryweather, followed Sunday by the Dainty Vendor Village.
