Here Comes Santa Claus Christmas Convoy!

OFFICIAL UPDATE FROM NORTH POLE OPERATIONS:

Due to forecasted inclement weather, Santa's helpers will be unable to make the trek to the Kentuckiana area for this weekend's Here Comes Santa Claus Christmas Convoy. But have no fear, Santa's helpers and his elves are slated to return next Saturday, 12/19!

In partnership with LG&E, 106.9 Play FM, AT&T and Neil Huffman Subaru, a mobile Santa Claus Convoy will visit more than 30 Kentuckiana neighborhoods, selected through nominations from our citizens, with the final Santa Claus Christmas Convoy on December 19. Frosty the Snowman and some of Santa’s elves will join in – wearing masks, of course. Christmas music will be playing, and a mobile video screen will play highlights from previous Light Up Louisville events as Santa’s convoy drives through Louisville’s neighborhoods.

Light Up Louisville Holiday Lights

Happening Now!

Holiday lights and a brightly lit Christmas Tree adorn Metro Hall and its lawn. The festive light display includes a rainbow of colors to celebrate Christmas, along with holiday-themed gobo lights celebrating Kwanza, Hanukah and all of the seasons special days that reflect the diversity of our community. Mayor Fischer is also encouraging residents and businesses to put up their own rainbow of colors at their homes and workplaces to Light Up Louisville’s neighborhoods.

Winter Woods Spectacular

From the producers of the popular Jack O’Lantern Spectacular, the Winter Woods Spectacular in Iroquois Park is a half mile drive of lighting and artistry that will explore and celebrate the holiday season. Proceeds benefit the Louisville Parks Foundation.

The Clay Street Christmas light show is a FREE light show at the private residence of Garrett Crabtree Jr. Located at 1249 South Clay Street in Louisville, KY. This is a drive up show with music transmitted through your car's FM radio at 89.9 FM.

The second-annual Gardens Aglimmer at Waterfront Botanical Gardens, is a self-guided walking experience among illuminated outdoor gardens. Enjoy a sparkling winter wonderland of swans, snowflakes, deer, Moravian stars, oversized flowers, light bursts, candles, and a multicolor tunnel of lights. Wander the new Beargrass Creek Pathway under icicle arches and a waterfall stream aglow.

Rudolph's Run

Presented by Danger Run®, Rudolph's Run is a scavenger-hunt-style game played 100% in the car that will lead you to some of most incredibly decorated homes for the holidays in Louisville. Santa's Christmas List has been destroyed. It is your mission to help him find the missing pieces of his list and SAVE CHRISTMAS! If you beat the game and SAVE CHRISTMAS, you will be entered for prizes. The game ends at an outdoor holiday market and ice skating rink that you can choose to explore if you are comfortable doing so.

Toyland Christmas

Open 7 Nights a Week Through December 25th

This dazzling display of thousands of Christmas lights twinkling in time to music has raised nearly $227,000 for the Home of the Innocents since it started. The lights will remain on display seven nights a week through Dec. 25.
