Testing is available Monday - Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Louisville - As Louisville Metro continues to see an increase in COVID-19 during this holiday season, Councilwoman Keisha Dorsey (D-3) announces free drive thru testing for the virus is available at the Shively Community Center Monday thru Friday starting this week.
“We must all work together to get this pandemic under control, and testing is the best way to determine if a person is infected,” says Councilwoman Dorsey. “Wearing a face mask and social distancing are keys to prevention, but testing will tell us if COVID-19 continues to grow in our community.”
Free testing will be conducted by Sphere Diagnostics and the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness. It will be offered Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No pre-registration or appointment needed.
The Shively Community Center is at 1901 Park Road.
For more information on this Free COVID-19 Drive thru testing, contact Councilwoman Dorsey’s office at 574-1103.
