Our service area encompasses all of zip codes 40214, 40215, 40118 and 40209, and those families in 40208 who live south of Eastern Parkway/Industry Road. IMPORTANT: For all assistance and visits, please bring a photo ID and proof of address dated within 30 days (ie. a bill mailed to you). Some services require more documentation, please call to check before visiting. A friend or family member may also come on your behalf if they have your documents and information.
If you do not have these documents, but need assistance, please call, fill out the form below, or visit us between 1:00-3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, with whatever documentation you have.
DO YOU NEED FOOD?
Come any Wednesday from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. for fresh produce. (This is for anyone in our area and available every week.)
If you need a food from our pantry, please call 502-367-6445 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. for an appointment (first who call will be first served). This is only available to you once a month. You can also come on the Monday after the 2nd Thursday of the month from 4:00 to 5:30 without an appointment.
*If you live west of Taylor Blvd/New Cut Road, your food pantry is Temple of Faith Baptist Church. If you don’t know, please call us and we’ll help you!

DO YOU NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?
If you cannot pay your rent/mortgage or water and LG&E bills, please fill out the form below or call 502-367-6445 to talk to someone about your situation. Someone will then review your information to determine if you are eligible for assistance. Unfortunately, our funds are limited. We typically cannot pay for the entire bill, only a portion.
DO YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH MEDICATION?
If you cannot pay for your medication, please call 367-6445 to make an appointment for any Tuesday from 8:30am-3:00pm. We cannot pay for medications that are controlled (ie. pain medication) or not medically necessary. We are also limited to $200 per individual per year.
DO YOU NEED HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES OR BABY ITEMS (DIAPERS, FORMULA, ETC.)?
Come any time from 1:00-3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We can provide these items only once a month. Please call before coming to check availability!
DO YOU NEED CLOTHES OR FURNITURE?
Visit us from 1:00-3:00 p.m. to pick up a clothing voucher for St. Simon and Jude (once a month) and furniture vouchers for Wayside Christian Mission (one time).
DO YOU NEED MEALS ON WHEELS?
If you are over 60 years old, homebound, and need meals delivered, please fill out Louisville Metro’s referral form here. If you need help filling out the referral form or have a question, call 502-367-6445 and ask for Nisha.
DO YOU NEED HELP FINDING A JOB OR HOUSING?
Visit us on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. to meet with someone to help you with your search and learn more about other resources.

We're glad you're our neighbor and we understand that life's challenges can become overwhelming. We wish we could help everyone that is going through a crisis, but our funds are very limited. We will continue to do all that we can to help as many people as possible and appreciate your patience as we process this request.
