Neighborhood Meeting Notification to review proposed development plans for 8127 Watterson Trail

Dinsmore & Shohl's client, R.J. Thieneman Company, is in the process of filing for a pre-application review of a proposal to develop approximately 70 acres of the property located at 8127 Watterson Trail into "Hurstbourne Commons."  The proposed Hurstbourne Commons will include development of a single family residential area, a multi-family residential area and an assisted living/senior living area that will require the rezoning of the property from $-4 to sections of R-5 (Single-family Residential), R-7 (Multi-family Residential) and OR-1 (Office/Residential).  A copy of the Hurstbourne Commons Plan is below.

The applicant's representative invites you and other nearby property owners and neighborhood groups to discuss the proposal at an informal meeting they are hosting on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. to be located at the Woodhaven Country Club, 7200 Woodhaven Road, Louisville, KY 40291.
