Dinsmore & Shohl's client, R.J. Thieneman Company, is in the process of filing for a pre-application review of a proposal to develop approximately 70 acres of the property located at 8127 Watterson Trail into "Hurstbourne Commons." The proposed Hurstbourne Commons will include development of a single family residential area, a multi-family residential area and an assisted living/senior living area that will require the rezoning of the property from $-4 to sections of R-5 (Single-family Residential), R-7 (Multi-family Residential) and OR-1 (Office/Residential). The applicant's representative invites you and other nearby property owners and neighborhood groups to discuss the proposal at an informal meeting they are hosting on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. to be located at the Woodhaven Country Club, 7200 Woodhaven Road, Louisville, KY 40291.
