19ZONE0023 Night Hearing

Neighborhood meeting to discuss proposed change in zoning from R-4 to R-6 for the northwest corner of Old Six Mile Lane and Tucker Road at 9311 Old Six Mile Lane.

RE: Proposed change in zoning from R-4 to R-6 to allow a 68-unit apartment community on approximately 4.24 acres located on the northwest corner of Old Six Mile Lane and Tucker Road at 9311 Old Six Mile Lane

We are writing to invite you to a meeting we have scheduled to present neighbors with our zone change plan to allow a 68-unit apartment community to be located as above.

Accordingly, we have filed a plan for pre-application review with the Division of Planning and Design Services (DPDS) that has been assigned case number 19-ZONEPA-0083 and case manager Joel Dock. We would like to show and explain to neighbors this plan so that we might hear what thoughts, issues and perhaps even concerns you may have.

In that regard, a meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 10th at 7:00 p.m. at the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in Rooms 11 & 12 located at 9212 Taylorsville Road. (Please park in the rear parking lot and enter the far right 2 sets of double doors near the brick house.)
If you cannot attend the meeting but have questions or concerns, please call me at 426-6688 or the land planning and engineering firm representatives Steve Scott or Kathy Linares at 485-1508.
