I am reluctant to state a vision or lay out any sort of plans for the future of District 7 because procedural rules, budgetary constraints and statutory limitations may require me to adjust plans. So, at the risk of having to make slight adjustments or changes, here is the vision I have for District 7 during FY 2020, starting in September.

On Tuesday, September 3, the recycling dumpster located at Metro Parks Maintenance, 1297 Trevilian Way, will be permanently moved to the Cyril Allgeier Community Center parking lot at 4107 Cadillac Court.
Accepted items remain the same: paper, flattened cardboard and containers made of plastic, metal or glass. Items should be loose, not in bags.

The Zero Hunger Mobile Market is a single-aisle grocery store on wheels. The Mobile Market visits neighborhoods that have limited or no access to fresh fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious foods.
Customers can board the vehicle to shop for fresh produce and staple food items, and pay by debit card, credit card, or EBT. No cash is accepted or stored within the Mobile Market.
