Get Ready for the "New" Metro311

metro

.On June 19, Metro311 is launching a whole new online reporting system and mobile app that will make it easier to report nuisance issues like odors, smoke, and dust to the APCD online or on your phone. The new Metro311 will also let you see issues that have already been reported on a map, and will improve how you track progress of your issue along the way. Information about the app, including instructions for downloading to your phone, will be available on the Metro311 website.

However, in order to make these improvements, the current Metro311 Service Request Portal and the 311 mobile app must go offline from Wednesday, June 12 at 7 p.m. until Tuesday, June 18 at 8 p.m. as we prepare to launch the new and improved business and 311 portals.

During our outage period, you can reach us in the following ways:

We appreciate your patience. And please remember that all these contact methods will still be available to you once the new Metro311 app and online reporting system is launched
