Hundreds of people marched from the Presbyterian USA headquarters to Jefferson Square Park as leaders shared the vision to eliminate cash bail. Thousands of people sit in jail for many days, weeks, and months because they cannot afford minimal payment to be released.
In many cases, this ruins someone's life causing them to lose their home, job, transportation, and families.
End cash bail now!

The Rotary Club of Louisville always has great speakers and surprise guests. Mr. Butler, a 1970 graduate, played football at Thomas Jefferson High School and loved telling the stories.
Charlie Farnsley greeted Dorothy Butler Gilliam during her quick stop at Rotary. She was the first black, female reporter at the Washington Post. Her book is a must read.
