Rain Barrel Workshop June 23rd

Publication1

The Jefferson County Soil and Water Conservation District hosts up to 3 rain barrel workshops every year. They would love to host one in your neighborhood! An outdoor space is preferred where we can spread out to build our barrels with a backup indoor space from inclement weather if necessary. Workshops are for up to 25 people and we handle the registration, supplies and instruction. A few volunteers from your neighborhood to help recruit participants and check folks in on the day of the workshop would be great. Reach out to Lilias Pettit-Scott at urbanagconservationist@gmail.com if you know of a place they can host in your neighborhood next year!
