 Residents Urged To Get Hepatitis A Vaccine
The Mayor is joining state and local public health officials in urging all city residents to get the Hepatitis A vaccination to help stem an outbreak in our community. As part of that, restaurants are taking advantage of below-cost immunizations for their workers, and events like the one photographed here at 4th Street Live. Learn more.

Hepatitis A outbreak continues to grow. To date there are 241 cases in Metro Louisville! The two
best ways to stop the spread of this disease are to wash hands often with warm
water AND soap, and to get vaccinated.
The
best places to get vaccinated are:
- Your healthcare provider
- Kroger Little Clinics and Pharmacies
- Walgreens
- Rite Aid
