Councilman Mulvihill sent recognition to honor Linda Erzinger of Schnitzelburg and Chris George of Prestonia for graduating the Neighborhood Institute leadership program.

Center For Neighborhoods founded the Neighborhood Institute in 1987 to provide volunteer citizen leaders with the tools, knowledge, and skills required to lead effective neighborhood organizations and homeowner associations.  Since then, the Institute has graduated over 1,000 leaders from a core 12-week leadership program, representing every Metro Council District as well as neighborhoods in Southern Indiana.
