Planning & Zoning - Tuesday, May 16th

The
Committee has the following items on its agenda:

An
Ordinance imposing a temporary moratorium on the issuance of permits for
private institutional uses in single-family residential zoning districts
throughout Metro Louisville pending the study, review and recommendations by
the Planning Commission of Land Use regulations to address such facilities.
·
An
Ordinance dealing with the amending of the Land Development Code of Metro
Louisville.
While

Ordinance approving the twenty-fifth Supplemental Sewer and Drainage Revenue

County Metropolitan Sewer District which authorizes the issuance of the
District’s Sewer and Drainage System Revenue Bond, Series 2017A for the purpose
of paying all or a portion of the costs of construction of the 2017A Project,
and providing for the advertised public competitive sale of said current bonds
in an amount not to exceed $185,000,000.
