Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Amendment to

A public hearing regarding this administrative regulation will be held July 22, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (EDT), at the Department of Workers' Claims, 500 Mero Street, Frankfort, KY 40601. Individuals interested in attending or being heard at this hearing must notify the agency in writing of their intent to attend no later than five business days prior to the hearing. If no notification of intent to attend the hearing is received by that date, the hearing may be cancelled. The hearing is open to the public. Any person who wishes to be heard will be given an opportunity to comment on the proposed administrative regulation. A transcript of the public hearing will not be made unless a written request for a transcript is made. You may also submit written comments on the proposed administrative regulation. Written comments shall be accepted through July 31, 2024. 803 KAR 25:089 incorporates by reference the 2024 Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Schedule of Fees for Physicians. An emergency administrative regulation is currently in effect. This ordinary administrative regulation will replace the emergency regulation once it has completed the regulatory process.
