Notice of Public Hearing
Regarding Proposed Changes to 803 KAR 25:092
A public hearing will be held at the Department of Workers’ Claims on January 21, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) to receive comment regarding proposed changes to the Workers’ Compensation Pharmacy Fee Schedule regulation, 803 KAR 25:092. The meeting will be conducted by live videoconference (ZOOM) pursuant to Senate Bill 150, Section 1, subparagraph (8) b, (2020) and the continuing state of emergency. In keeping with KRS13A.270, individuals interested in attending or being heard at this hearing shall notify this agency in writing of their intent to attend no later than five (5) workdays prior to the hearing. If no notification of intent to attend the hearing is received by that date, the hearing may be cancelled. Written comments may be submitted to the agency until 11:59 p.m., January 31, 2021.
