Governor Bevin Makes Appointment to Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Board
Frankfort, Ky. (November 26, 2019) — Governor Matt Bevin has appointed B. Dale Hamblin, Jr. to the Workers’ Compensation Board to serve for a term expiring January 4, 2024. Hamblin replaces Rebekkah Rechter, whose term expires January 3, 2020.
“Dale Hamblin is brilliant, fair-minded, and an outstanding writer. He will be a strong addition to the Workers’ Compensation Board,” said Department of Workers’ Claims Commissioner, Robert L. Swisher.
Hamblin has worked for the Department of Workers' Claims since 2006 and currently serves as General Counsel in the Workers' Claims Legal Division. His term as a member of the Workers’ Compensation Board will begin January 4, 2020.
