LMS Experiencing Issues
FRANKFORT, Ky. (Tuesday, January 9, 2018) - On Monday, Jan. 8th, users started experiencing
intermittent issues getting into claims detail, viewing and uploading documents within the Litigation
Management System. No changes have been made to the program itself, but
some hardware changes were made over the weekend which may or may not have
affected the system. We are working with COT to rectify any hardware
issues that may be occurring as well as looking at the logs to make sure we
aren’t experiencing an issue with the program itself.
While this issue is widespread, it does not appear to be affecting all LMS
users. If you are having issues and haven’t contacted us, please do so
via the technical support email LaborKywcLMS.technicalsupport@ky.gov. The more we know from you, the
better.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we
continue to improve this system in order to deliver a better
user experience. We will send out a new email when we have
this resolved.
