Q: When will AKSA Office Hour #1 take place?
A: The first of two Office Hours for the Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA) will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 4. This Office Hour will address questions specific to the Window 1 administration.
District Assessment Coordinators (DACs), Building Assessment Coordinators (BACs), Directors of Special Education (DoSE), and all testing staff will be able to ask questions and receive assistance during this time. The link to the Teams meeting below may be forwarded to any school personnel who may benefit from attending this session:

Assessment Scores in IC
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) strives to publish student assessment results in Infinite Campus (IC) as scores become available. KDE will publish the following scores beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 4:
- 2026-2027 National SAT scores from Sept. and Oct. 2026
Student scores are matched to the extent possible, but not all students can be matched.

Reminder: AKSA Qualification Quiz Closes Friday, Nov. 6
The AKSA Qualification Quiz closes on Friday, Nov. 6. AKSA test administrators are required to pass the qualification quiz prior to receiving testing materials and administering the AKSA Attainment Tasks (ATs). DACs should retain a copy of the quiz certificate at the district level. After successful completion of the quiz, test administrators will be certified in the Student Registration Database (SRD) and will have access to the SRD when it opens on Monday, Nov. 9.

Reminder: CRD Opening Dates Revised
The Career Readiness Database (CRD) opening date, originally set for Wednesday, Oct. 28, for districts to verify/edit rosters, has been changed. The CRD is now tentatively scheduled to open on Tuesday, Nov. 10, for districts to access rosters and make any necessary changes prior to the newly anticipated CRD opening on Monday, Nov. 23 for score entry.
