SRD Training Available
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is pleased to announce that the training PowerPoint and the Student Registration Database (SRD) Manual are now available on the Kentucky Alternate Assessment Combined Resources webpage. The SRD Training video will be posted to the webpage later this week. Districts now have access to the SRD to begin editing and verifying student rosters for the upcoming testing window.
The training is designed to ensure all district staff are fully prepared to navigate the SRD effectively, allowing for accurate updates and verification of student data. The training covers essential features of the database, including roster editing, data entry, and submission procedures.
The SRD plays a critical role in managing student information, and timely updates are essential for compliance and reporting accuracy.
For questions, please contact Krista Mullins.
Transferring Students in the SRD
Districts needing to request a student transfer from one district to another in the SRD should complete the 2026-2027 SRD Transfer Request Form. This form can also be found on the Kentucky Alternate Assessment Combined Resources webpage.
Please contact Krista Mullins with any questions.
