The 2025-2026 assessment and accountability data are now public. As of Oct. 15, at 12:01 a.m. ET, accountability data can be shared with stakeholders and openly discussed in public meetings.
A Ten-Day Regulatory Data Review period follows public release in the Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application (which is accessed via the KDE Applications Login). SDRR opened today at 9:00 a.m. ET and will close for new ticket submissions at 5 p.m. ET on Monday, Oct. 26. This review period is the final opportunity to request changes to individual student information for 2025-2026 reporting.
During the Ten-Day Regulatory Data Review, schools may request individual student-level changes to assessed and accountable students for WIDA ACCESS/WIDA Alternate ACCESS, KSA, AKSA, Postsecondary Readiness and accountable location for Cohort Graduation Rate reporting. Requests may also be submitted for nonparticipation, Postsecondary Readiness benchmark status and accommodations (IEP) and for English Learner (EL) students.
Districts will have the opportunity to scan and upload Medical Nonparticipation forms by content, not the entire test, for KSA and AKSA. Districts will be able to request approval for demographic changes to 2025-2026 student data, such as IEP, EL, lunch status, etc., in SDRR, which the Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) will approve, provided Infinite Campus (IC) also reflects the information. If a student's testing accommodation is not accurately reflected in SDRR, districts may update the accommodations column to indicate "Yes" or "No," regardless of the designation already displayed in the IEP column.
The Roster Clean-up nonparticipation option is intended for situations in which a student appears on a student listing in error. When submitting a Roster Clean-up request, districts must provide an explanation indicating why the student was not removed from the spring roster or why the student appears on the listing in error. OAA will approve Roster Clean-up requests only when the information is supported by IC.
Please note: A student who was enrolled in the district as of the first day of the 14-day testing window is not eligible for a Roster Clean-up nonparticipation.
