QC DAY DATA NOW CLOSED
Thank you for participating in today’s Quality Control (QC) Day. The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) appreciates the time and effort of carefully reviewing the data. Because of the work completed by District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) across the state, the quality of the accountability data has been strengthened ahead of public release. QC Day worked exactly as planned; the careful review helped us find the following systemic issue:
- Postsecondary readiness test scores added during the fall data review in August were not properly included in the data.
OAA will correct the issue before the public data release and apply the appropriate approved scores.
Tentative Timeline for Public Release:

Oct. 13 & 14: Release to districts under embargo.

Oct. 15: Public release of accountability data.

10-Day Regulatory Data Review Period: Immediately Following Public Release.
