Q: Has the date been confirmed for Quality Control (QC) Day?
A: QC Day has been confirmed for Wednesday, Sept. 23, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. QC Day provides District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) an opportunity to review accountability data and identify any potential systemic issues prior to public release.
Please note that individual student data changes will not be made during QC Day. Updates to student-level data were addressed during the Fall Reporting Data Review window (Aug. 12–20).
Additional guidance, resources and preparation materials will be shared in advance to help DACs prepare for QC Day.

CWEC Training and Quiz to Open
The 2026-2027 Career Work Experience Certification (CWEC) qualified CWEC administrator training and quiz are scheduled to open in the Online Training System (OTS) on Friday, Sept. 4. Please visit the Kentucky Alternate Assessment Program (KAAP) OTS for access to the CWEC training and quiz. Districts and schools should continue to maintain supporting evidence for the Employability Skills Attainment Record (ESAR) and CWEC in the Career Ready Alternate Assessment Folder (CRAAF). Refer to the Working with Exceptional Children in CTE webpage on the KDE website for additional resources, including the CWEC Administration Guide and District CWEC Checklist. Refer to the Kentucky Alternate Assessment Program Calendar for more details.

Assessment Scores in Infinite Campus
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) strives to publish student assessment results in Infinite Campus (IC) as scores become available. KDE will publish the following scores beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 2:
