Question of the Week
Q: Will there be support for the opening of Data Review in SDRR?
A: The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) will host an office hour on Thursday, Aug. 13 from 2-3 p.m. ET regarding topics in the Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application surrounding functionality and accountability. OAA encourages all district and school users of SDRR to join and ask general questions. Specific student information will not be discussed. Attendees are not required to register for the office hour, and the office hour will not be recorded.

K Screen Prior Settings Child Care Facility Request Form
The Division of Assessment and Accountability Support (DAAS) has provided a method for communicating the need to add specific childcare facilities when reporting prior settings in Infinite Campus (IC) for the upcoming K Screen Implementation.
Please access the Child Care Facility Request Form and fill out all required fields, including the facility name, address, contact information and details about the childcare services provided. Review for accuracy, then click "Submit."
Collecting and inputting prior settings data in IC is crucial for documenting each child’s early learning experiences. This data must be entered into IC on the "Early Learning/Prior Settings" tab.
This form is designed to streamline the process, improve data accuracy and enhance communication surrounding Prior Settings Facilities in IC. For more detailed information about Prior Settings, please refer to the K Screen Implementation Guide and our training resources located on the Common Kindergarten Entry Screener Webpage.
For further assistance, please contact Tiffany Christopher.
Assessment Scores in IC
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) strives to publish student assessment results in IC as scores become available. KDE will publish the following scores beginning on Wednesday, Aug. 12:
- 2025-2026 Advanced Placement Exams
Student scores are matched to the extent possible, but not all students can be matched. Please email KDE Data Services inbox with any questions or missing scores.
