Question of the Week
Q: When will Spring Rosters close in the SDRR application?
A: The Student Data Review and Rosters (SDRR) application will close for new change requests related to WIDA ACCESS, WIDA Alternate ACCESS, Kentucky Summative Assessment (KSA), Alternate Kentucky Summative Assessment (AKSA) and Postsecondary Readiness on Wednesday, June 10, at 5 p.m. ET.
Before Spring Rosters close in SDRR, the following actions must be completed:
- Review and update 100-day students for accountability
- File nonparticipation requests for students
- Add or delete students from the roster as appropriate
- Make annotations concerning students for district use only
- Mark accommodations for Individual Education Program (IEP) or Program Services Plan (PSP) students
- Annotate and delete any student who withdrew prior to the testing window
Any incomplete tickets at the time of closure will be denied; however, they may be requested again during the Fall Data Review period if necessary.
For assistance with 100-day entity questions, use the 100-DAY TOOL. Additionally, the Help Button within SDRR provides frequently updated information to support school and district staff with this process.

Reminder: School Reconfiguration Changes For 2026-2027 School Year
The Office of Assessment and Accountability (OAA) asks that DACs submit information on A1 schools with service area changes for the 2026-2027 school year by Tuesday, June 30. Changes to school service area (reconfiguration) requests need to be made if any of the following situations apply:
- the grade range in an A1 school changes
- a new A1 school is opened
- an A1 school is closed
- an A1 school boundary changes
- a shift in student population of more than 40% occurs
The reconfiguration spreadsheet, instructions, and Frequently Asked Questions can be found on the Forms page located on the Assessment and Accountability section of the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) website.
In addition, changes must be submitted through the District and School Collection Repository (DASCR) application. Those unfamiliar with the DASCR application should review the DASCR User Guide. Access to the application is managed by the district Web Apps Admin Point of Contact (WAAPOC). WAAPOCs may contact the KETS Service Desk with questions/issues with DASCR at (866) 538-7435.
