(FRANKFORT, KY) – The Kentucky Department of Education's (KDE's) Mathematics Advisory Panels and Review Committee will meet in-person April 16 at 9 a.m. ET.
KRS 158.6453 calls for KDE to implement a process for reviewing all academic standards and aligned assessments. The schedule calls for one or two content areas to be reviewed each year, and every six years after that on a rotating basis.
The Mathematics Advisory Panels and Review Committee are composed of elementary, middle and high school teachers from across the state, members from postsecondary education institutions and representatives from business and community.
