(FRANKFORT, KY) – The High School Transformation in Kentucky Work Group will meet April 8 at 9 a.m. ET. A hybrid option is available to group members virtually and in person at the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) (300 Sower Blvd., Frankfort, KY 40601).
The National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE) invited the Kentucky Board of Education (KBE) to participate in the High School Transformation State Network (HSTSN) which aims “to build and enhance the capacity of state boards of education to enable student experiences that foster content mastery and durable skills.” The Kentucky High School Work Group is a group of individuals focused on examining policies and implementation practices that facilitate or impede high school transformation.
Members of the public may watch the meeting in person at the Kentucky Department of Education in the State Board Room (Room 514) or by livestream, which will be available on the KDE Media Portal.
